How do I verify that my order is appropriately placed?
You will obtain a confirmation mail and SMS as soon as you ordered the product(s).

How will my order be delivered to me?
We are connected with reputed courier services, so it would be delivered at scheduled time at your doorstep.

I tried placing my order using my debit card / credit card / Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
First, check with your bank account to make sure your account has actually been debited. If in case your account has been debited after a payment malfunction, you will get your money back within 7 business days. On the other hand, time may vary from bank to bank. We propose to directly seek information from your bank about it. If your bank notifies you that the money has been credited to our account, we will ensure a refund to your account within 3 days.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is not send off, you can easily cancel your order. We advise you to get in touch with our customer support as soon as possible to call off your order. We will return entire money to your account if the order is not yet dispatched.

Do you allow exchanges?
We allow certain level of exchanges. To know more about the same please go through our return policy. It has valuable details regarding the same.

Why is the delivery time different for different products?
Some products are transported directly from our partner sites. These products in general take a bit less time to be distributed. Some products are intense and bulky, and shipped all the way through our freight forwarding agents, taking additional time than small products. Some specific products on your request take more time than usual. The Delivery of products is not feasible at a few preferred locations.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship around the world.

Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you can return a part of your numerous ordered products. On the other hand, we only acknowledge returns with all elements as well as complimentary gifts (if any). However, in case of any promotional offers, contests and unusual schemes, terms and conditions might be relevant for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Why isn't COD available to me?

As long as your order is not send out for delivery from our end, it can be easily canceled and you can easily get the money back or reimbursed. For definite product categories where a reversal is not possible, please confirm with the customer service as in some cases the order can not be canceled.

Yes, you can get your product exchanged. There are certain pre-requisite regarding the same, please go through our Return Policy for more details.

What Are My Payment Options?

Please note: The Orders which are placed with Paypal and credit card will be processed instantaneously without any delay. The Credit Card payments for bulk orders may need verification that the shipping address is a confirmed address with the card holder.

Order Confirmation

In case of repayment, the complete amount is returned which includes shipping and gift charges.

Our customer support will give you information about the pickup process. While you pick up formerly delivered products from customers place, there are some locations where pick-up can not be arranged. In such cases, you may ship the product through some other courier company; all shipping charges will be reimbursed by us against the original receipt.
